The PIONEER V1210170U-XL is a waterproof heated safety bomber jacket designed for workers who require high-visibility compliance and thermal management in outdoor or exposed job-site conditions. Built to ANSI/ISEA 107-15 Class 3 Type P and R standards, this jacket uses a 3-panel Nano Technology heating element with 4 adjustable heat levels, powered via USB connection to a rechargeable power bank (sold separately). The outer shell is 300 Denier Oxford material with a polyurethane coating, rated 100% waterproof and windproof. Double-stitched, heat-sealed seams block moisture at every closure point. Licensed electricians, utility crews, traffic control workers, and road construction personnel are the primary users.
This jacket is suited for residential and commercial job sites where ANSI Class 3 high-visibility garments are required by regulation or site safety policy. The Type P classification covers performance in precipitation, and Type R covers roadway applications. Exclusive StarTecha retroreflective tape delivers the high-visibility requirement across variable lighting conditions. The 3-piece lined detachable hood, fleece-lined collar, and 120 GSM insulated interior with taffeta lining extend usable temperature range for cold-weather applications. The jacket ships in X-Large sizing.
Designed as a standalone wearable safety garment compatible with any USB-capable rechargeable power bank for heating function activation. Conforms to ANSI/ISEA 107-15 Class 3 Type P and R requirements for use in regulated high-visibility work environments.
No installation is required. Before connecting a power bank, verify the USB output rating of the power bank meets the jacket heating element requirements. Follow the garment care label and manufacturer wash instructions — this jacket is machine washable. Inspect heat-sealed seams and reflective tape periodically for wear, as damage may affect waterproof performance and ANSI compliance.
