The PIONEER V1210160U-3XL is a waterproof heated safety bomber jacket built for trade professionals who work in cold, wet, or low-visibility conditions. The jacket uses a 3-panel Nano Technology heating element with four heat level settings, powered through a USB port that connects to a rechargeable power bank (not included). The outer shell is 300 Denier Oxford material with a polyurethane coating that is rated 100% waterproof and windproof. Double-stitched, heat-sealed seams prevent moisture from entering the garment. This jacket meets ANSI/ISEA 107-15 Class 3 Type P and R high-visibility standards, making it suitable for roadway and public-right-of-way applications.
This jacket is designed for electricians, utility workers, traffic control personnel, construction crews, and other trade professionals required to meet Class 3 high-visibility standards while working in cold or inclement weather. The 3XL sizing accommodates a wide range of workers on job sites where layering is required. The built-in heating system makes it a practical option for prolonged outdoor exposure during fall and winter seasons. Two radiophone clip straps add functionality for workers who carry communication devices on the job.
Designed as a Class 3 high-visibility heated safety jacket suitable for job sites requiring ANSI/ISEA 107-15 Type P and R compliance. Compatible with standard USB rechargeable power banks for heating operation.
This garment does not require installation, but workers and supervisors should verify that the jacket meets the specific ANSI/ISEA classification required by the job site safety plan before use. Connect a fully charged USB power bank to the internal USB port to activate the heating element, and select the appropriate heat level setting for conditions. The jacket is machine washable — disconnect and remove any connected power bank before laundering. Follow the care label instructions to preserve waterproof seam integrity over time.
