The PFERD 67381 is a Type 27 ceramic flap disc built for aggressive material removal on stainless steel and carbon steel surfaces. It carries a 60-grit, medium-grade ceramic abrasive bonded to individual coated flaps mounted on a fiberglass backing plate. Ceramic abrasive grain runs cooler and fractures more slowly than aluminum oxide, delivering a longer service life and consistent cut rate on tough metals. The disc spins at a maximum of 13,300 RPM and fits a standard 7/8-inch arbor hole.
