The PFERD 67192 is a Type 27 coated flap disc designed for aggressive material removal on steel and stainless steel surfaces. At 4.5 inches in diameter with a 7/8-inch arbor hole, this disc runs on standard angle grinders and delivers coarse 40-grit cutting action using zirconia alumina abrasive bonded to a fiberglass backing. The Type 27 flat profile keeps the disc face flush against the workpiece, making it well suited for flat surface grinding and blending. It is rated to a maximum of 13,300 RPM. The blue-colored zirconia alumina grain is self-sharpening and holds up under heavy lateral pressure, making this disc a practical choice for production grinding tasks.
