The wheel uses aluminum oxide abrasive grain bonded with a resinoid bond and is rated at a coarse 24 grit, making it well suited for weld grinding, surface prep, and deburring on ferrous materials. Resinoid bonding provides resilience and resistance to shock loading during heavy grinding passes. The wheel is reinforced for added structural integrity at operating speeds up to 1300 RPM.
