Product Description

Permatex 51580 is an anaerobic flexible gasketing flange sealant supplied in a 300 mL cartridge. The methacrylate ester gel cures in the absence of air to form a resilient gasket for rigid machined flanges and flanges that move in service. It is a single-component formulation with a viscosity of about 275,000 to 950,000 cP, specific gravity ~1.1, VOCs <2% and typical cure time of ~12 hours. Operating range is -65 F to 300 F.
