Permatex 51531 Anaerobic Flange Sealant is a flexible gasketing material developed for use on rigid machined flanges with less than 0.015 inch gap. Designed to cure in the absence of air, this sealant eliminates the need for preformed, pre-cut, paper, rubber, and cork gaskets. It is approved by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for applications specifying anaerobic gasket materials. The sealant adapts to flanges that move in service and can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
