Product Description

Permatex 29040 is a penetrating-grade, low-viscosity threadlocker formulated to wick along the threads of preassembled fasteners and secure them in place. It is applied after assembly for preventive maintenance, is suitable for fasteners from #2 to 1/2" (2.2 to 12 mm), and is removable using localized heating and hand tools. The product conforms to ASTM D5363 AN0261 (Mil-S-46163A, Type III, Grade R) and is supplied in a 36 mL container.
