The PENTAIR 6500N is a 6-roller spray pump designed for demanding fluid-transfer and spray applications where corrosion resistance and sustained pressure are critical. Built with a Ni-Resist iron housing, this pump handles aggressive fluids that would deteriorate standard cast-iron components. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 22 GPM at up to 1200 RPM, with a maximum working pressure of 300 psi. The 3/4-inch FPT x FPT NPT inlet and outlet connections allow direct integration into standard threaded piping systems. Viton lip seals and a 416 stainless steel shaft provide chemical compatibility and durability under continuous service. Licensed technicians and experienced installers working in agricultural, chemical transfer, or industrial spray systems are the primary users of this unit.
This pump is suited for spray and transfer systems requiring reliable positive-displacement roller performance. Common applications include agricultural sprayers, chemical injection setups, and industrial fluid-transfer lines where consistent output pressure and corrosion-resistant construction are required. The FPT x FPT NPT end connections make it compatible with standard threaded pipe assemblies. It ships as a pump-only unit without a motor, allowing integration with a separately sourced drive system matched to the required RPM and torque specifications.
Designed as an OEM-style positive-displacement roller pump for spray and fluid-transfer systems requiring a 3/4-inch NPT pump-only unit with Ni-Resist housing construction.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid-transfer and spray system plumbing. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing pump or connecting this unit. Use thread sealant rated for the fluid being handled when making NPT connections, and verify drive-shaft alignment before startup to prevent premature seal wear. Do not exceed the rated 1200 RPM or 300 psi operating limits.
