    I received the pool pump and it did not come with a hose to connect. We returned it and I confirmed you received it and was told it could take up to 5 business days, which it has been more than 5 days and still no refund. Also was told I had to pay to return it and was going to be charged a 20percent restocking fee which is ridiculous. When I received the cleaner it was in bubble rap not packaged in a new box so I think it was used or picked off shelf. I have reached out multiple times and on the page where I ordered it from says easy returns which is not true! So far the experience is very disappointing.

    Plug-in and go!!!

    I just plugged the replacement head into the feedline and away it went. No problems whatsoever. I also appreciated the new collection bag.
