The PEERLESS BOILERS 107000 is a cast iron natural gas hot water boiler designed for residential and light commercial hydronic heating systems. Rated at 210,000 BTU input with a 178,000 BTU heating capacity and 84.4% AFUE efficiency, it delivers reliable output across a wide range of load requirements. The unit includes an electrically operated automatic vent damper, spark ignition, and a Hydrostat IC integrated boiler control with two circulator outputs. The Hydrostat IC supports domestic hot water priority and boiler reset functionality. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians are the typical installing trade for this equipment.
This boiler is suited for forced hot water heating applications in residential settings where a cast iron sectional boiler is specified. The 9.84-gallon water content and cast iron sections with steel push nipples support durable long-term operation in closed-loop hydronic systems. The package includes a Taco 007 circulator and a deluxe powder-coated jacket. The integrated low water cutoff and multiple safety switches make it appropriate for both new installation and boiler replacement projects.
Designed as an OEM-configured replacement or new-installation boiler for residential forced hot water hydronic heating systems requiring a cast iron sectional gas boiler with integrated controls and vent damper.
Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber or HVAC technician in accordance with local codes, the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), and the manufacturer's instructions. Shut off gas supply and disconnect electrical power before servicing or replacing any components. The automatic vent damper requires proper venting system inspection to confirm compatibility and correct draft conditions. Low voltage wiring connections to the Hydrostat IC should be made following standard boiler wiring practices and local electrical codes.
