Pass & Seymour DT-305 is a dual-technology ceiling occupancy sensor that combines passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic detection to sense occupancy. It operates at 24 VAC/VDC with a 35 mA draw and provides 360-degree coverage for areas up to 1000 sq ft. The sensor features LED occupancy indication, plug-terminal wiring for installation, eight occupancy logic options, an optional isolated relay for BAS/HVAC integration, and compatibility with low-voltage momentary switches.
