The PARLEC C40-75SM4 is a CAT40 taper shank shell mill holder designed for secure, accurate mounting of shell mill cutters in machining centers. The holder features a 0.75 inch pilot diameter and a 1.75 inch nose diameter, with a projection from flange to nose end of 4.0 inches. Total indicated runout (TIR) is held to 0.0002 inches, supporting consistent cutter engagement and surface finish quality. Balanced to 30,000 RPM, this holder is suited for high-speed machining applications. The lock screw thread size is 3/8-24, compatible with the included 75LS lock screw. Installed by machinists and CNC toolroom technicians.
