The PARLEC C40-75SM2 is a CAT40 taper shank shell mill holder designed for use in CNC machining centers. It accepts shell mills through a 0.75 inch pilot diameter and provides a 1.5 inch projection from flange to nose end. The nose diameter measures 1.75 inches. With a TIR of 0.0002 inches and a balance rating of 30,000 RPM, this holder is built for stable, high-speed face milling operations. A 3/8-24 lock screw thread secures the shell mill to the holder. Licensed machinists and CNC setup technicians working in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments will install and operate this toolholder.

The C40-75SM2 is suited for face milling applications in vertical and horizontal machining centers that accept CAT40 tooling. It is appropriate for cutting diameters ranging from 1.75 to 2 inches.
