The PARLEC C40-25ERF400 is an ER collet chuck with a CAT40 taper shank, designed for precision CNC machining centers. It accepts ER25 collets with a capacity range of 1 mm to 16 mm (0.0394 inches to 0.6299 inches), covering a broad range of cutting tool shank sizes. The chuck delivers a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches and is balanced to 25,000 RPM, making it suitable for high-speed machining applications. Through-coolant capability directs cutting fluid directly to the tool tip for improved chip evacuation and tool life. Licensed machinists and CNC setup technicians install this chuck on vertical and horizontal machining centers.

This collet chuck is suited for production and job-shop environments where tight tolerances and high spindle speeds are required.
