The PARLEC 75HCN is a collet nut designed for use with TG/PG 75 series toolholding systems. Collet nuts secure the collet within the toolholder body, transmitting clamping force evenly around the collet to hold cutting tools at the required torque during machining operations. This nut is intended for standard (non-coolant-through) applications. Machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC setup personnel working with TG/PG 75 toolholders will find this a direct-fit retention component for routine maintenance or replacement needs.
The 75HCN is suited for shop environments running TG/PG 75 collet systems on machining centers, lathes with live tooling, or manual mills. It is a standard replacement or spare component for facilities maintaining an inventory of collet toolholding hardware. No coolant-through capability is incorporated, making it appropriate for dry or flood-coolant setups where internal coolant delivery through the spindle is not required.
Compatible with TG/PG 75 series collet toolholding systems. Verify collet series designation on existing toolholder body before ordering.
Collet nuts should be installed and torqued by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician using the appropriate spanner wrench for the TG/PG 75 series. Always remove the toolholder from the spindle and ensure the machine is powered down before servicing collet assemblies. Do not cross-thread the nut during installation, and inspect collet and nut seating surfaces for wear or debris before assembly. Follow the toolholder manufacturer torque guidelines for the specific collet size in use.
