The PARKER XW169PLP-3-2 is a push-to-connect 90-degree male elbow tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free tube connections in pneumatic and fluid-transfer applications. It accepts 3/16-inch OD tubing on both tube ports and terminates with a 1/8-inch NPTF male thread. The body is nickel-plated brass, and the actuator button is made from black flame-resistant material rated to UL94 V-0. Rated for a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and a temperature range of 0 to 200 degrees F, this fitting is suited for demanding service environments. Shut off all system pressure and bleed the line before removing or installing push-to-connect fittings. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and is free of burrs before insertion to maintain a reliable seal. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPTF male threads per the applicable plumbing or pneumatic system code. To release tubing, depress the collet button fully and pull the tube straight out.
