The PARKER XV520P-32 is a 2-inch standard manual ball valve built for dependable on/off flow control in plumbing and fluid-handling systems. The 2-piece brass body offers solid construction and corrosion resistance in a compact form factor suited to a wide range of liquid applications. It features female NPT (FNPT) connections on both ends and a lever handle for quick, positive shutoff. Rated to 650 psi maximum working pressure, this valve is well suited to demanding commercial and industrial service environments. Seats and seals are reinforced PTFE, providing chemical compatibility and low friction operation across a broad temperature range. It is installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters.
The XV520P-32 is designed for use in plumbing systems, HVAC hydronic circuits, industrial fluid lines, and general piping applications requiring reliable manual isolation at 2-inch pipe size. The FNPT x FNPT end connections allow direct threaded installation into standard NPT piping systems. The lever handle gives immediate visual indication of valve position, making it practical for mechanical rooms, equipment pads, and utility spaces where quick manual shutoff is required. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IAPMO or IPC standards. Shut off system pressure and drain the line before removing or installing the valve. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to male NPT threads per standard practice; do not overtighten threaded connections into the valve body. Verify that flow direction, pressure rating, and fluid compatibility are confirmed before returning the system to service.
