The PARKER W171PLP-10M-4R is a push-to-connect swivel male run tee fitting designed for tube-to-tube-to-male connections in pneumatic and fluid-line systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accommodates a 10mm tube outside diameter on the push-to-connect ports and a 1/4-inch BSPT male thread on the branch. The fitting is rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. A silver body with a yellow release button provides quick tube insertion and extraction without additional tools. Silicone-free grease and UL94 V-0 flame resistance compliance make it suitable for sensitive environments. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pneumatic system installers work with this fitting type in production and service applications.
This fitting is used in pneumatic control lines, compressed-air distribution, and fluid-transfer systems where a run tee connection is needed between metric tubing and a BSPT male port. The swivel male thread allows the fitting to be positioned for alignment after installation, reducing stress on connected tubing. Typical applications include light industrial equipment, HVAC pneumatic controls, and process instrumentation where 10mm OD tubing is the standard line size. The push-to-connect design speeds up assembly and supports field serviceability without soldering or flaring tools.
Designed for use with 10mm outside diameter tubing on push-to-connect ports and 1/4-inch BSPT male-threaded ports. Suitable as an OEM-style or replacement fitting in pneumatic and fluid systems requiring BSPT thread connections with metric tubing.
Depressurize and de-energize the system completely before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tubing ends are cut cleanly and squarely, with no burrs, to guarantee a leak-free connection. Thread the BSPT male port into the mating female port with appropriate thread sealant compatible with the system media. Press tubing fully into the push-to-connect ports until seated, and verify retention by pulling back on the tube before returning the system to service.
