The PARKER W169PLPNS-6-4 is a push-to-connect 90-degree male elbow tube fitting designed for quick, tool-free tube connections in pneumatic and fluid-handling systems. It accepts 3/8-inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect ends and transitions to a 1/4-inch NPTF male thread, making it suitable for connecting tubing runs to ported components, manifolds, or valves. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a nitrile O-ring seal, it is rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The push-release button is made from black, flame-resistant material compliant with the UL94 V-0 standard.
This fitting is used in compressed air lines, pneumatic control circuits, and low-pressure fluid distribution systems found in commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and process equipment. It is well suited for installations where a 90-degree direction change is needed between a tubing run and a male-threaded port. Typically installed by HVAC technicians, pipefitters, or pneumatic systems technicians during new construction or equipment service work.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch OD tubing and 1/4-inch NPTF male-threaded ports in push-to-connect pneumatic and fluid-handling plumbing systems.
Installation is performed by HVAC technicians, pipefitters, or qualified pneumatic system technicians. Depressurize and de-energize the system fully before removing or installing any fitting. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and that the tube end is free of burrs before insertion to achieve a proper seal. Verify thread engagement is adequate and that mating threads are also NPTF or compatible before tightening to avoid cross-threading or leaks.
