The PARKER W169PLPNS-2-2 is a 90-degree male elbow push-to-connect tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free connections in pneumatic and fluid-transfer systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a nitrile O-ring, it provides a reliable seal rated to 300 psi. The fitting accepts 1/8 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect end and terminates with a 1/8 inch NPTF male thread on the outlet. The black button is made from flame-resistant material compliant with the UL94 V-0 standard. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pneumatic system installers use this fitting in line runs requiring a 90-degree directional change without additional compression hardware.
This fitting is suited for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid-line applications operating between 0 degrees F and 200 degrees F. The push-to-connect design speeds up installation in tight spaces where standard compression fittings are difficult to torque. It is commonly used in air lines, instrumentation tubing, and other systems where quick assembly and disassembly are priorities. The NPTF thread provides a pressure-tight seal without requiring additional sealant in many installations, though thread sealant is recommended per job-site practice.
Designed for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid-transfer systems using 1/8 inch OD tubing with 1/8 inch NPTF male threaded ports. Meets D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J2494, SAE J2494-3, and SAE J844 standards.
Power down or depressurize the system fully before removing or installing any push-to-connect fittings. Insert tubing straight and fully into the fitting body until it seats against the internal stop for a leak-free connection. To release tubing, press the collar button inward while pulling the tube out. Follow applicable pneumatic plumbing codes and verify thread engagement depth on the NPTF male end before pressurizing the line.
