The PARKER W169PLP-6M-2R is a push-to-connect 90-degree swivel male elbow fitting designed for pneumatic and fluid tubing systems requiring a right-angle connection. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, this fitting accepts 6mm outside diameter tube on the push-in end and features a 1/8 inch BSPT male thread on the other. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and operates across a temperature range of 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The silver body with yellow release button is standard for quick identification in push-to-connect installations. Licensed HVAC, refrigeration, and pneumatic technicians install this fitting in control and utility tubing circuits.
This fitting is suited for light-to-medium duty pneumatic control lines, instrumentation tubing, and fluid transfer applications found in commercial and industrial environments. The swivel elbow design allows the male thread to rotate during installation, reducing the need to twist the connected tubing to achieve alignment. Its compact overall length of 0.9 inches and 7/16 inch hex size make it practical in tight panel or manifold installations. The UL94 V-0 flame resistance rating and silicone-free grease make it appropriate for use in systems where contamination control is critical.
Designed for use with 6mm outside diameter push-to-connect tubing and 1/8 inch BSPT male threaded ports in pneumatic control and fluid transfer systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with pneumatic or fluid tubing systems. Before installing or removing this fitting, depressurize the system completely and isolate the line. Thread engagement should follow BSPT tapered thread practices using appropriate thread sealant compatible with the media and system requirements — do not use silicone-based sealants in silicone-sensitive systems. To release the tube, depress the yellow collar fully and withdraw the tubing straight out without side-loading the fitting.
