The PARKER VS379PTCR-12-12 is a push-to-connect male swivel elbow tube fitting designed for use in pneumatic and fluid transfer systems where a 90-degree direction change is required at a threaded port. The fitting accepts 3/4 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect end and connects to a 3/4 inch NPTF male thread on the swivel end. Constructed from brass with Buna-N and nylon sealing components, it is rated to 250 psi and handles temperatures from -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The swivel design allows rotational alignment after installation, reducing stress on the tubing. Shut down and depressurize the system fully before removing or installing any fittings. The NPTF thread is a dry-seal design; apply thread sealant per the system manufacturer's requirements and applicable codes. Tighten the hex with a properly sized wrench to avoid distorting the fitting body. Push tubing into the collet until it seats fully, then tug back to confirm retention before returning the system to service.
