Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system safety practices. Depressurize and lock out the air supply before installing or servicing the regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for pneumatic service to all NPT connections and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to service. If a pressure gauge is required, install it at the 1/4 inches gauge port using a compatible fitting rated for the system pressure.
