The PARKER R45-03A is a miniature compressed air regulator designed to control and reduce downstream air pressure in pneumatic systems. Part of the Parker R45 series, it accepts a 3/8 inch NPT inlet connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi while delivering a maximum airflow of 35 CFM. The regulator includes a built-in relief function, allowing excess downstream pressure to vent when the outlet pressure rises above the set point. Its compact, lightweight plastic body makes it well suited for space-constrained installations on equipment panels, filter-regulator assemblies, or inline pneumatic circuits. Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, or pneumatic system specialists.
The R45-03A is intended for use with compressed air systems in light industrial, commercial, and manufacturing environments. Its miniature form factor suits applications where panel space is limited and full-sized regulators are impractical. The pressure adjustment range runs from 0 to 25 psi, making it appropriate for low-pressure downstream circuits fed from a higher-pressure main supply. A 1/4 inch gauge port thread is provided for an optional pressure gauge, though no gauge is included. The unit is not rated for modular manifold connection configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style miniature compressed air regulator for pneumatic systems requiring 3/8 inch NPT connections and low downstream pressure regulation up to 25 psi. Compatible with compressed air fluid type only.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, pneumatic technician, or industrial maintenance professional. Depressurize and isolate the compressed air supply completely before installing or removing the regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to NPT connections and torque fittings to hand-tight plus the number of turns recommended by the fitting manufacturer. Verify downstream pressure with a calibrated gauge after installation before returning the system to service.
