The PARKER R25-02C is a miniature compressed air regulator designed to reduce and maintain downstream air pressure in pneumatic systems. Part of the R25 series, it accepts a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 0 to 125 psi. The compact plastic body measures 1.6 inches wide by 3.1 inches high, making it well suited for space-constrained installations. A built-in relief function allows excess downstream pressure to vent when the set point drops. Licensed HVAC, automation, and general mechanical technicians install this type of regulator as a point-of-use pressure control on compressed air lines, tool circuits, and pneumatic control systems.
The R25-02C fits applications requiring miniature inline air regulation where full-size regulators are impractical. Its 1/4 inch NPT end connections are standard across most pneumatic supply lines, manifolds, and quick-connect fittings used in light industrial and commercial settings. The operating temperature range of 40 degrees F to 125 degrees F covers typical indoor compressed air service. No pressure gauge is included, though a 1/8 inch gauge port is provided for field-mounting an optional gauge. This regulator is intended for compressed air service only.
Designed as an OEM-style miniature air regulator for use with compressed air supply systems utilizing 1/4 inch NPT connections and operating within the R25 series design envelope.
Depressurize the upstream air supply fully before installing or servicing this regulator. Pipe thread connections should be sealed with thread sealant tape or compound rated for compressed air service in accordance with applicable mechanical codes. Install the regulator in the correct flow direction as marked on the body. Gauge port threads should be plugged or fitted with a compatible gauge if left open to atmosphere.
