The PARKER R25-02B is a miniature compressed air regulator designed to control downstream air pressure in pneumatic systems. Built for the R25 series, it accepts a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi and regulates output across a 0 to 60 psi range. At 0.25 pounds and measuring 1.6 inches wide by 3.1 inches high, it fits in space-constrained installations where a full-size regulator is not practical. The plastic body holds up across an operating temperature range of 40 to 125 degrees F. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure without requiring a separate relief valve. Licensed contractors, industrial maintenance technicians, and pneumatic system installers work with this type of component regularly.
The R25-02B suits light-duty and instrument-grade compressed air circuits in both facility and process environments. Its compact footprint makes it a practical choice for panel-mounted pneumatic assemblies, small actuator circuits, and localized pressure reduction stations where port size and regulator bulk are limiting factors. The 1/4 inch NPT port accommodates standard threaded pipe and fitting connections common across North American pneumatic installations. A 1/8 inch gauge port thread is included if downstream pressure monitoring is added later.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit component for pneumatic systems requiring a miniature 1/4 inch NPT compressed air regulator within the PARKER R25 series.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed pipefitter, pneumatic technician, or industrial maintenance mechanic. Depressurize and lock out the air supply upstream before removing or installing any regulator. Apply thread sealant to NPT connections per site standards and verify all joints are leak-free before returning the circuit to service. Do not exceed the 150 psi maximum supply pressure rating.
