The PARKER R119-06CG/M2 is a heavy-duty compressed air regulator designed for industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Part of the R119 series, this regulator accepts a 3/4 inch NPT connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi, with an adjustable output range of 2 to 125 psi. The T-handle adjustment knob allows quick, tool-free pressure setting in demanding shop or production environments. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is reduced. The zinc body construction balances durability with weight, and the included pressure gauge lets technicians verify outlet pressure at a glance. Compressed air is the only approved fluid for this regulator.
The R119-06CG/M2 is suited for heavy-duty compressed air distribution lines in manufacturing, maintenance shops, automotive service bays, and similar industrial settings. The 3/4 inch NPT port size makes it a practical fit for medium to large air supply headers where high flow capacity is required. With a maximum air flow rating of 141.6 CFM and a free-flow capacity of 400 CFM, this regulator supports downstream tools and equipment with minimal pressure drop. It is typically installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, or experienced pneumatic systems installers.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or inline regulator for compressed air systems using 3/4 inch NPT ported piping and fittings in industrial and commercial pneumatic applications.
Shut off and depressurize the upstream air supply completely before installation or removal. Use thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections and torque fittings per standard pipe fitting practice. Install with flow direction matching the arrow or inlet marking on the regulator body. This regulator is rated for compressed air only and must not be used with other fluid or gas media.
