The PARKER PS5534P is a solenoid valve blanking plate designed to close off unused valve stations on ISO 15407-2 HA manifold assemblies. When a valve position on a manifold is not in use, a blanking plate seals the port to maintain system pressure integrity and prevent contamination ingress. This accessory is a standard component in pneumatic control panel builds and manifold-based directional control systems. The PS5534P fits G1/4 port size stations and is handled and installed by industrial pneumatic technicians, automation specialists, and fluid power professionals during system commissioning or reconfiguration.
This blanking plate is used in pneumatic systems where ISO 15407-2 HA sub-base manifolds require one or more valve positions to be capped. Typical applications include multi-station manifold assemblies in industrial automation, process control, and machine-building environments where not all valve slots are populated at initial build or are decommissioned during a system change. It allows the remainder of the manifold circuit to operate normally without pressure loss at open stations.
Designed for use with ISO 15407-2 HA solenoid valve manifolds with G1/4 port size stations.
Installation is performed by qualified pneumatic or fluid power technicians. Before installing or removing any blanking plate, depressurize the manifold circuit completely and verify zero pressure with a gauge. Secure the blanking plate per the manifold manufacturer torque guidelines documented in the manifold service manual. Confirm all valve positions are accounted for before returning the system to service to prevent unintended open ports.
