The PARKER PR10-04CSS is a stainless steel compressed air regulator designed to control and maintain downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. Part of the PR10 series, it accepts supply pressures up to 300 psi and regulates output across a 0 to 125 psi range, delivering a maximum flow rate of 80 CFM through a 1/2 inch NPT port. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when demand drops, protecting downstream components. The stainless steel construction makes it suitable for environments where corrosion resistance is a priority. Licensed pneumatic technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
This regulator is suited for compressed air distribution lines in industrial, commercial, and manufacturing facilities where stable line pressure is critical. The 1/2 inch NPT end connections are compatible with standard pipe fittings found in most compressed air distribution networks. The PR10-04CSS is rated for air service only and operates at temperatures down to 0 degrees F, making it viable for unheated indoor installations. It does not include a pressure gauge, but a 1/4 inch gauge port thread size is provided for field installation of a gauge if monitoring is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation regulator for compressed air distribution systems using 1/2 inch NPT piping and requiring supply pressures up to 300 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for air service to NPT connections and tighten to fitting manufacturer specifications. Verify that system supply pressure does not exceed the 300 psi maximum rated supply pressure after installation.
