The PARKER PP6VFC2-MG is a bi-directional manual ball valve designed for 1/8-inch pipe applications requiring a full-port flow path. The valve features a push-to-connect inlet paired with a female NPT (FNPT) outlet, allowing fast, tool-free tube insertion on one end while threading directly into standard NPT fittings on the other. The polypropylene body keeps the valve lightweight and resistant to many common fluid and chemical exposures. A wedge-style handle gives clear visual indication of open or closed position and delivers firm, positive shutoff. Rated to 150 WOG (Water, Oil, Gas) psi, this valve suits low-pressure plumbing, fluid-handling, and process-line installations. EPDM seals provide flexibility and sealing integrity across the rated temperature range. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and fluid-system technicians are the primary installers.
This valve is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, potable water systems, food-service fluid lines, and similar low-pressure process applications. Its NSF-51 and NSF-61 certifications make it appropriate for use in contact with potable water and food-equipment fluid circuits. The push-to-connect end accepts 3/8-inch outside diameter tubing, making it a practical inline shutoff or isolation point in tight-space installations where threaded-only fittings would be impractical. The full-port design minimizes pressure drop across the valve body, which is important in flow-sensitive systems.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch outside diameter push-to-connect tubing on the push-fit end and 1/8-inch FNPT threaded connections on the female connector end. Suitable for potable water, food-service, and low-pressure fluid lines meeting NSF-51 and NSF-61 requirements.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified fluid-systems technician in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Shut off system pressure and depressurize the line completely before installing or removing the valve. Ensure push-to-connect tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and inserted fully into the fitting body to achieve a proper seal. Do not exceed the rated working pressure or operate below the minimum working temperature of 35 degrees F.
