The PARKER PP6TCB6 is a push-to-connect tube-to-barb connector designed for quick, tool-free tube connections in fluid-handling systems. Constructed from polypropylene, this fitting transitions a 3/8-inch OD push-to-connect tube end to a barbed outlet, allowing fast integration with flexible tubing without threading or compression hardware. Rated to 150 psi, it suits a wide range of low-to-medium-pressure plumbing, irrigation, and HVAC condensate applications. The tan polypropylene body resists corrosion and many common chemicals. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and irrigation installers use this fitting where speed of assembly and reliable sealing are priorities.
This connector is appropriate for residential and light commercial installations involving 3/8-inch OD tubing. Typical applications include HVAC condensate drain lines, water treatment systems, and fluid distribution manifolds where a push-connect tube meets a barbed fitting transition. The barb end accepts flexible tubing slipped over it, while the push-connect end locks to rigid or semi-rigid 3/8-inch OD tubing. It is sold individually and is suited to both new installations and service replacements.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for systems using 3/8-inch OD tubing in plumbing, HVAC condensate, and fluid distribution applications.
Installation is performed by plumbers or HVAC technicians. Before servicing any fluid line, shut off the water supply or condensate source and relieve system pressure. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely before inserting into the push-connect end, as burrs or angled cuts can compromise the seal. The barb end should be fully inserted into flexible tubing of the appropriate inner diameter to ensure a secure connection.
