The PARKER PP6MTS4 is a push-to-connect male swivel branch tee fitting designed for tube-to-pipe connections in fluid handling systems. Molded from polypropylene, this white fitting accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect ports and features a 1/4 inch NPTF male swivel thread on the branch outlet. It is rated to 150 psi and is well suited for low-pressure pneumatic, water, and chemical distribution lines. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance technicians install this type of fitting where a branch takeoff is needed without additional tools or ferrules on the tube side.
This fitting is used in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC control tubing, compressed air distribution, and chemical feed systems where polypropylene construction provides adequate corrosion and chemical resistance. The push-to-connect design allows fast, tool-free tube insertion and removal, making it a common choice for service work and panel installations where repeated access may be needed. The swivel feature on the male branch thread allows alignment of the NPTF port without rotating the body.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for use with 3/8 inch OD tubing systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPTF male branch takeoff in low-pressure fluid or pneumatic applications.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified HVAC and industrial technicians. Always depressurize and drain the system before disconnecting or installing push-to-connect fittings. Ensure tube ends are cleanly cut, deburred, and free of contamination before insertion to achieve a proper seal. Verify NPTF thread engagement meets applicable IPC or system requirements before restoring pressure.
