The PARKER PP4VFC4-MG is a female connector bi-directional manual ball valve designed for 1/4 inch pipe applications requiring reliable shutoff and flow control. Built with a polypropylene body and EPDM seals, this full-port valve handles working pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar) across a temperature range starting at 35 degrees F. The wedge-style handle provides positive on/off operation with a clear visual indication of valve position. NSF-51 and NSF-61 certified, this valve is suited for potable water and food-contact fluid systems. Licensed plumbers and fluid-system technicians are the primary installers in both commercial and light industrial piping configurations.
This valve is well suited for use in water treatment, drinking water distribution, food processing support lines, and other fluid-handling systems where NSF certification is required. The MNPT x Push-To-Connect end configuration simplifies integration into existing piping layouts, eliminating the need for additional fittings on the push-connect side. Its bi-directional design allows installation without concern for flow direction, reducing the chance of installation error in the field.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install manual ball valve for 1/4 inch pipe systems using MNPT x Push-To-Connect fittings in NSF-compliant fluid-handling applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified fluid-systems technician in accordance with applicable plumbing codes such as the IPC. Shut off system pressure and depressurize the line fully before removing any existing valve or fitting. Ensure the MNPT threads are wrapped with thread-seal tape and torqued to the fitting manufacturer's recommendation before pressurizing. Do not exceed the rated working pressure of 150 psi or operate below the minimum rated temperature of 35 degrees F.
