The PARKER PP4MTS2 is a push-to-connect male swivel branch tee tube fitting designed for quick, tool-free connections in pneumatic and fluid-handling systems. Constructed from white polypropylene, it accepts 1/4 inch OD tubing and connects to a 1/8 inch NPTF threaded port via a swivel male branch end. Rated to 150 psi, it suits low-pressure air, water, and compatible fluid lines. The push-to-connect mechanism allows tubing to seat and lock without ferrules, compression sleeves, or thread sealant at the tube port. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid system installers use this fitting in instrumentation, control lines, and light-duty pneumatic circuits.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a branch tee connection is needed between push-to-connect tubing and an existing NPTF-threaded port. Typical scenarios include control line splitters, instrument air distribution, and small-bore fluid circuits. The swivel feature on the male branch end allows rotational alignment during installation without disturbing the tubing connections already seated in the other two ports.
Designed for use with 1/4 inch OD push-to-connect tubing and 1/8 inch NPTF threaded ports in low-pressure pneumatic, water, and compatible fluid-line systems.
Installation is performed by plumbing or HVAC technicians familiar with push-to-connect fittings. Depressurize and drain the system fully before removing or installing any fitting. Ensure the tubing cut is clean, square, and free of burrs before inserting into the push-to-connect ports — a ragged cut is the most common cause of leaks. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPTF male threads per standard plumbing practice before threading into the receiving port.
