The PARKER PP-00754 is a male rigid straight fitting designed for high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies. Built from steel with a male NPTF threaded connection, this Series 77 fitting provides a secure, leak-resistant joint at working pressures up to 5,000 psi. It accepts a 1.25-inch (20 mm) hose inside diameter and carries a 1-1/4-11-1/2 thread size. At 4.57 inches in overall length and 1.8 pounds, the fitting is sized for demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic circuits. Licensed hydraulic technicians and industrial mechanics install this type of fitting during hose assembly fabrication and in-field hose replacement.
This fitting is rated for use in hydraulic systems where pressure spikes and vibration demand a rigid, non-swivel connection. The straight configuration suits inline termination points on hydraulic power units, cylinders, and manifold ports. It is commonly installed in mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and off-highway applications where Parker 387, 487, 787, and 797 series hoses with TC or ST couplings are specified. The male NPTF thread creates a pressure-tight mechanical seal without relying solely on thread sealant.
Designed for use with Parker 387 TC, 387 ST, 487 TC, 487 ST, 787 TC, 787 ST, 797 TC, and 797 ST hydraulic hoses with a 1-1/4-inch (20 mm) inside diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before removing or installing any fittings. Inspect the NPTF threads and mating port for damage or contamination before assembly. Torque to the fitting manufacturer's specifications using calibrated tooling — do not over-tighten, as NPTF threads achieve seal through thread deformation.
