The PARKER PP-00301 is a male rigid straight fitting designed for hydraulic hose assemblies. It connects hose to port or component using an M18x1.5 male metric threaded connection, providing a leak-resistant, permanent-style end termination. Manufactured from steel, the fitting suits high-pressure hydraulic circuits found in mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and fluid power systems. The straight geometry and 0.375 inch inside diameter make it a direct-attach component for 3/8 inch hose assemblies. Licensed hydraulic technicians and fluid power specialists install this type of fitting during hose fabrication or field repair.
This fitting is engineered for use with Parker hose series including 187, 302, 304, 387, 422, 424, 426, 436, 471TC, 471ST, 472TC, 482TC, 482ST, 487, 722, 787, 797, and 881 hoses, as well as TC and ST variants within those series. It is suited to both industrial and mobile hydraulic applications where a male metric threaded end connection is required on a 6 mm hose size assembly. Typical installations include return lines, pressure lines, and case drain circuits on hydraulic power units and mobile machinery.
Designed for use with Parker hose series 187, TC, ST; 302; 304; 387, TC, ST; 422; 424; 426; 436; 471TC; 471ST; 472TC; 482TC; 482ST; 487, TC, ST; 722, TC, ST; 787, TC, ST; 797, TC, ST; and 881 hoses.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or fluid power specialist. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit fully before disconnecting or assembling any fittings. Use appropriate crimping equipment rated for the hose series and fitting type — do not attempt to swage or attach rigid fittings with tools not specified for Parker hose assemblies. Inspect thread condition and hose cut quality before assembly to ensure a leak-free connection.
