The PARKER PP-00210 is a straight male pipe thread (MPT) hydraulic hose fitting machined from steel for use in high-pressure fluid transfer systems. Designed to connect hydraulic hose to threaded ports, this fitting features a 5/16 inch (0.3125 inches) inside diameter and a 3/8-18 NPTF thread form for leak-resistant, dryseal connections. At 1.94 inches overall length, it is a compact, direct-fit component suited for routing hose assemblies in tight spaces. Installation is typically performed by hydraulic technicians, maintenance mechanics, and fluid power specialists working on mobile or industrial hydraulic circuits.
This fitting is designed for use with Parker hose series 187, 302, 304, 387, 422, 424, 426, 436, 471TC, 471ST, 472TC, 482TC, 482ST, 487, 722, 787, 797, and 881, covering a broad range of medium- to high-pressure hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies. Typical applications include mobile equipment, agricultural machinery, and industrial hydraulic systems where a straight hose-end-to-port connection is required. The NPTF thread standard ensures compatibility with standard North American dryseal pipe thread ports.
Designed for use with Parker hose series 187 (TC, ST), 302, 304, 387 (TC, ST), 422, 424, 426, 436, 471TC, 471ST, 472TC, 482TC, 482ST, 487 (TC, ST), 722 (TC, ST), 787 (TC, ST), 797 (TC, ST), and 881 hoses.
Depressurize and fully discharge the hydraulic system before removing or installing any hose fitting. NPTF dryseal threads are designed to seal on the thread form itself; inspect threads for damage before assembly and apply appropriate thread sealant only if required by the application or system specification. Use calibrated torque tooling appropriate for the fitting size and material to avoid cross-threading or over-torquing. Verify hose orientation and routing after assembly to prevent abrasion or stress on the hose body.
