The PARKER PN351-25 is a brass male pipe thread extended nipple fitting rated for 200 psi maximum working pressure. Part of the Parker Moldmate series, this straight, non-valved fitting connects hydraulic hose assemblies to threaded ports using an NPTF shaft type for a pressure-tight seal. With a 3/8 inch body diameter and 1/8 inch thread size, it is sized for compact circuits where a standard nipple length is insufficient. Operating temperatures range from -20 degrees F to 400 degrees F, making it suitable for demanding fluid-transfer environments. Hydraulic technicians and fluid-power specialists install this fitting in low-to-medium pressure circuits.
The PN351-25 is intended for use with die casting equipment and mold coolant lines, consistent with its Moldmate series designation. Its brass construction resists corrosion in coolant and hydraulic fluid service. The NPTF thread form provides a metal-to-metal seal that reduces the need for additional thread sealant. This fitting suits industrial facilities where mold temperature control circuits require reliable, leak-free connections at moderate pressures.
Designed for use with die casting equipment and mold coolant lines as part of the Parker Moldmate series. Fits circuits with 3/8 inch hose and 1/8 inch NPTF threaded ports.
Hydraulic or fluid-power technicians should depressurize and drain the circuit fully before removing or installing any fitting. NPTF threads are designed to seal on the thread form itself; inspect threads for damage before installation and apply thread sealant only if required by the system specification. Use appropriately sized open-end or crow-foot wrenches and avoid over-tightening, which can crack brass fittings or distort thread seals. Follow applicable facility safety procedures and relevant industry fluid-power standards during service.
