The PARKER PF-00076 is a brass male swivel branch tee designed for push-to-connect pneumatic and fluid tubing systems. It accepts 1/4 inch OD tubing on the tube ports and connects to a 1/8 inch male NPT threaded port, creating a three-way branch in a single compact fitting. The swivel feature on the male NPT end allows rotational adjustment during installation to align with mating ports without stressing the tubing. Rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure with a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, this fitting is suited for compressed air, vacuum, and compatible fluid lines. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pneumatic system technicians are the primary installers.
This fitting is used in residential and light commercial applications where a branch connection is needed in a push-to-connect tubing run. Typical install scenarios include pneumatic control lines, refrigeration equipment ancillary circuits, and compressed air distribution manifolds using 1/4 inch OD tubing. The 1/8 inch MNPT port connects to standard instrumentation, valves, or fittings threaded to that specification. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J2494-3, and SAE J844 standards, making it appropriate for automotive and equipment air brake and tubing system applications as well.
Designed for use with 1/4 inch OD push-to-connect tubing systems and 1/8 inch male NPT threaded ports in pneumatic, compressed air, and compatible fluid line applications.
Installation is performed by pneumatic system technicians or licensed tradespeople depending on the application. Before servicing any tubing connection, depressurize the line completely and verify zero pressure before disconnecting or installing fittings. Push-to-connect ports require clean, square-cut tubing ends inserted to full depth for a proper seal. Verify thread sealant compatibility with system media before applying to the NPT port; PTFE tape or thread sealant approved for the service fluid is standard practice.
