The PARKER PF-00073 is a push-to-connect tube-to-male NPT tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free connections in fluid and pneumatic distribution systems. Machined from brass, this inline connector joins tubing on both ends to a male NPT thread in the center, allowing installers to bridge a threaded port into a push-connect tubing run without soldering or flaring. It is rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure and accepts 1/4 inch outside diameter tubing on each tube end with a 1/4 inch MNPT center thread. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors use this fitting to speed up assembly in tight spaces where traditional compression or sweat fittings are impractical.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant accessory lines, compressed air distribution, and other fluid handling applications where a push-connect interface to a male NPT port is required. The 9/16 inch hex body allows for wrench engagement when threading the MNPT end into a valve, manifold, or equipment port. It is packaged in quantities of 6 per pack, making it practical for multi-connection jobs or stocking service vehicles.
Designed for use with 1/4 inch OD tubing in push-to-connect plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic systems requiring a male NPT threaded port connection.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or HVAC technicians in accordance with applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines. Depressurize and drain the system completely before disconnecting or installing any fittings. Thread the MNPT end into the receiving port using a wrench on the hex body and apply appropriate thread sealant per local code requirements. Insert tubing fully into each push-connect port until it seats to ensure a leak-free connection.
