The PARKER PF-00072 is a brass male swivel run tee push-to-connect tube fitting designed for use in pneumatic and fluid transfer lines. It connects tubing on two ports via push-to-connect ends while the center port threads into a 1/8 inch male NPT port on a manifold, valve, or component. Tubing outside diameter is 1/4 inch. Maximum working pressure is 250 psi, and the fitting is rated for service from -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The swivel feature on the male thread allows final alignment without twisting the tubing. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pneumatics installers work with this type of fitting.
This fitting suits residential and light commercial pneumatic control lines, compressed air distribution, refrigeration sensing lines, and similar low-to-medium pressure fluid or air circuits where a tee branch must terminate at a threaded male port. The push-to-connect ends allow fast, tool-free tubing insertion and reduce assembly time in tight panel or cabinet spaces. The all-brass construction holds up to oils, air, and common refrigerants found in HVAC and refrigeration control circuits.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement fitting for pneumatic and fluid control systems using 1/4 inch OD tubing and 1/8 inch male NPT threaded ports.
Shut off air or fluid supply and relieve system pressure before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely with a tube cutter and that the cut end is free of burrs before inserting into the push-to-connect port. Hand-tighten the male NPT swivel thread using appropriate thread sealant or tape per IFGC or applicable code; do not overtighten. To release tubing, depress the collet collar fully before pulling the tube straight out.
