The PARKER PF-00064 is a push-to-connect 90-degree swivel male elbow tube fitting manufactured in brass. It connects a 5/8-inch OD tube on each tube end to a 1/2-inch male NPT port, allowing a right-angle direction change in a compressed air or fluid line without the need for additional tools on the tube side. The swivel feature on the male NPT end simplifies installation into threaded ports, reducing torsional stress on the tubing. Rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure, this fitting handles a service temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. It is suited for pneumatic and hydraulic tubing systems in mobile equipment, HVAC, and plumbing applications. Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or equipment mechanics.
This fitting is appropriate for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial systems where a push-to-connect tube-to-male-NPT elbow connection is required. The 90-degree swivel configuration is commonly used in tight routing situations where straight fittings cannot accommodate the plumbing path. Compliance with D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J2494-3, and SAE J844 makes this fitting suitable for automotive brake and air line systems as well as general pneumatic plumbing. Each package contains 6 fittings with a minimum order quantity of 1.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement fitting for pneumatic and fluid tubing systems using 5/8-inch OD tube and 1/2-inch male NPT threaded ports.
This fitting is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or qualified mechanics. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. For the NPT threaded end, apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape and tighten to the port per applicable code requirements. Verify that tubing is cut cleanly and squarely, free of burrs, before inserting into the push-to-connect ends to ensure a proper seal.
