The PARKER PF-00057 is a 90-degree swivel male elbow push-to-connect tube fitting made from brass. It connects tubing to a male NPT threaded port with a swivel joint that allows rotational adjustment after assembly, reducing stress on the tube run. The fitting accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect end and threads into a 1/4 inch MNPT port. It is rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid-system installers use this fitting where a 90-degree direction change is needed with a fast, tool-free tube connection on one end.
This fitting is suited for pneumatic tubing systems, compressed air lines, fuel lines, and other fluid-transfer applications in both mobile and stationary equipment. The swivel feature makes it particularly useful in tight installations where the tube must be routed after the fitting is threaded into place. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J2494-3, and SAE J844 standards, making it appropriate for regulated mobile and commercial fluid-system applications. Sold in a package quantity of 6 with a minimum order quantity of 1 package.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch OD tubing in pneumatic, compressed air, fuel, and fluid-transfer systems requiring a 90-degree push-to-connect elbow with a 1/4 inch MNPT port connection.
This fitting is typically installed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, or fluid-system mechanics. Depressurize and isolate the line before disassembly or installation. Thread the MNPT end into the receiving port by hand first, then tighten with a wrench to the appropriate thread engagement without overtightening brass threads. Insert tubing fully into the push-to-connect end until it seats, and verify no leaks under pressure before returning the system to service.
