The PARKER PC326-BP is a 45-degree Push-Lok hose barb coupler designed for high-temperature fluid control in industrial and process cooling applications. Machined from brass, this non-valved coupler connects 3/8-inch inside-diameter hose to a threaded port using a push-to-connect barb interface. It carries a maximum working pressure of 200 psi and handles temperatures from -20 degrees F to 400 degrees F. The Moldmate series design targets die casting equipment and mold coolant line installations where reliable, leak-free connections under thermal cycling are critical. Industrial maintenance technicians and fluid power specialists are the primary installers.
This coupler is specified for use in die casting equipment and mold coolant lines where coolant must be routed efficiently through tight routing paths. The 45-degree hose barb angle reduces hose stress at the connection point and allows routing in confined spaces. The brass body resists corrosion from water-based coolants and mold release agents common in die casting environments. Installations in both light-industrial and heavy-production facilities are typical applications for the Moldmate series.
Designed for use with die casting equipment and mold coolant lines as part of the PARKER Moldmate series. Accepts 3/8-inch inside-diameter Push-Lok hose.
Installation is typically performed by fluid power technicians or industrial maintenance personnel. Depressurize and drain the coolant circuit fully before disconnecting or installing any fittings. Verify that the mating hose inside diameter matches the 3/8-inch barb size before assembly, and ensure the threaded port connection is sealed appropriately per the system design. Follow applicable plant safety procedures and fluid system codes when working on pressurized coolant lines.
