The PARKER pc.7850 is an uninsulated rolled copper tubing coil designed for refrigeration and air conditioning line-set applications. Manufactured from UNS C12200 grade copper to ASTM B280 standards, this pancake coil measures 7/8 inches outer diameter and spans 50 feet in length. The Gel29 designation identifies it as a dehydrated, cleaned, and sealed copper tube suitable for use with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A. Licensed HVACR technicians and refrigeration mechanics use this tubing to route refrigerant between system components in new installations and service replacements.
This coil is suited for residential and light commercial HVACR applications. Typical installations include unitary split systems, ductless mini-splits, and VRF heat pump systems where field-fabricated line sets are required. The 7/8 inch OD size is commonly used on larger-capacity systems requiring higher refrigerant flow capacity. The 50-foot coil length accommodates standard residential and small commercial line-set runs.
Suitable for use in unitary air conditioning systems, ductless mini-split systems, and VRF heat pump applications requiring ASTM B280 ACR copper tubing at 7/8 inch outer diameter.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVACR technician following applicable mechanical codes and refrigerant handling regulations. Shut off and recover all system refrigerant before cutting into an existing line set. Use a proper tube cutter and deburring tool to avoid contaminating the refrigerant circuit with copper shavings. Tubing should be kept capped or sealed until the moment of installation to maintain cleanliness.
