The PARKER pc.38100 is a 3/8-inch OD, 100-foot pancake coil of uninsulated ACR copper tubing manufactured to ASTM B280 standards from UNS C12200 grade copper. This tubing is designed for refrigerant line applications in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, providing a clean, dehydrated interior surface ready for refrigerant service. The coil format reduces kinking during unrolling and speeds layout on residential and light commercial installations. Licensed HVACR technicians and refrigeration mechanics install this tubing as suction or liquid line material in new construction and retrofit projects.
This coil is suited for unitary split systems, ductless mini-split systems, VRF heat pump systems, and other HVACR applications requiring ACR-grade copper tubing. The 3/8-inch OD size is commonly used for liquid lines and smaller-diameter suction runs. The tubing is rated for use with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A. The 100-foot coil length provides enough material for most residential line set runs without requiring a field joint.
Suitable for use in unitary air conditioning systems, ductless mini-split systems, and VRF heat pump systems requiring ASTM B280 ACR copper tubing with a 3/8-inch OD. Compatible with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVACR technician in accordance with applicable mechanical codes and refrigerant handling regulations. Evacuate and pressure-test the line set per system manufacturer requirements before charging with refrigerant. Keep the tube ends capped until connection to prevent contamination. Field-apply insulation to suction lines per local energy codes after pressure testing is complete.
