The PARKER P3YEA98ESCBNFN is a heavy-duty FRL combination unit configured as a single-piece filter/regulator with an integrated pressure gauge. Designed for compressed air systems, it filters particulates down to 5 microns while regulating downstream pressure to protect pneumatic equipment. It handles flows up to 465 SCFM and accepts supply pressures up to 254 psi, making it suited for high-demand industrial and commercial pneumatic installations. The unit ships with a polypropylene bowl, a bowl guard, a sight glass, and a manual drain. A 1 NPT port provides direct inline connection. Licensed pneumatic system technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
This unit fits inline compressed air distribution systems where filtration and pressure regulation are handled at a single service point. The 1 NPT port size suits main supply lines in industrial facilities, manufacturing cells, and heavy commercial service environments. The P3Y series modular design allows expansion with additional FRL components when system requirements call for lubrication or additional filtration stages. The manual drain and 4.4 oz. bowl capacity make it practical for systems with moderate condensate accumulation. Operating temperature range spans -40 degrees F to 140 degrees F, covering most indoor and sheltered outdoor installations.
Designed for use within the Parker P3Y series FRL modular system. Suitable as an inline filter/regulator on compressed air supply lines requiring a 1 NPT port connection.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or pipefitter familiar with compressed air system service. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this unit. Verify that inlet supply pressure does not exceed 254 psi and that system flow demands do not exceed 465 SCFM. Apply thread sealant to NPT connections per standard piping practice and confirm all fittings are leak-free before returning the system to service.
