The PARKER P3YEA96ESABNFN is a heavy-duty FRL combination unit configured as a single-piece filter/regulator with an integrated pressure gauge. It filters and regulates compressed air in one compact assembly, removing particulate contamination down to 5 microns while controlling downstream pressure up to 254 psi. Rated at 335 SCFM, this unit handles high-flow industrial and commercial compressed air systems. The polypropylene bowl includes a sight glass for liquid level monitoring and an automatic drain to discharge collected condensate without manual intervention. A licensed industrial mechanic or pneumatic systems technician is the typical installer for this type of component.
This FRL unit is suited for industrial compressed air lines, pneumatic control systems, and process air applications requiring reliable filtration and pressure regulation at a 3/4 NPT port size. The heavy-duty body design and high flow capacity make it appropriate for demanding production environments, manufacturing floor installations, and equipment protection on compressor distribution lines. The modular connection feature allows integration with compatible Parker P3Y series components for expanded FRL configurations. The included pressure gauge provides inline pressure verification without additional fittings.
Designed for use in Parker P3Y series FRL systems. Modular connection supports integration with compatible P3Y series filter, regulator, and lubricator components. Consult Parker documentation for full series compatibility and downstream component matching.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or industrial mechanic. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installation or service, following applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper condensate collection and automatic drain function. Verify that upstream supply pressure does not exceed 254 psi and that line connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant rated for compressed air service.
