The PARKER P3YCB98SECNFLNF is a heavy-duty, 3-piece filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed for compressed air preparation in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. This P3Y-series unit handles up to 170 SCFM and a maximum supply pressure of 254 psi, making it suitable for high-demand air circuits. It filters particulate to 5 microns, regulates downstream pressure, and meters lubricant into the airstream in a single modular assembly. The 1 inch NPT port accommodates large-bore piping runs. Licensed HVAC mechanics, industrial maintenance technicians, and pipefitters install this type of unit upstream of pneumatic actuators, control valves, and air-powered tools.
This FRL unit is intended for use in industrial facilities, manufacturing lines, process plants, and commercial HVAC control systems where clean, regulated, and lubricated air is required. The modular connection design allows the filter, regulator, and lubricator bodies to be serviced or reconfigured independently without breaking the main air line. The unit includes a pressure gauge, bowl guard, sight glass, and mounting brackets, making it a complete, ready-to-install air preparation station. Operating temperature range spans -40 degrees F to 140 degrees F, supporting both heated and unheated mechanical spaces.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-install unit for heavy-duty compressed air preparation applications requiring a 1 inch NPT connection in the PARKER P3Y series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or pipefitter in accordance with applicable compressed air system codes and the facility safety plan. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before removing any existing FRL components or making new connections. Mount the unit vertically with bowls pointing downward to ensure proper drainage and lubricator function. Do not exceed the rated supply pressure of 254 psi on the inlet side.
